At AuraGen Labs, we are committed to delivering our high-quality wellness products to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping practices below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
Standard international delivery times generally range from 5 to 12 business days once the package leaves our facility, depending on your local customs processing and final destination carrier.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 to 48 hours, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress every step of the way.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AuraGen Labs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, import duties, and local taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding your country's specific import regulations.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
If your order is severely delayed or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately with photographic evidence so we can issue a free replacement.
